Exception, ALL Mileage MUST be entered by Midnight EST, January 1 of the following year to conclude the previous year's Derby, i.e. 2016 Miles Must All Be Entered by 1-1-17 Midnight EST.
*2016 Teams please track your mileage on your Teams Pages, which serves as your back up log. The Mileage Form for Leaderboard for 2016 is up for 180 Teams. More will be posted each weekend.
Ride credit will not be given if posted any other place than Team Page/Mileage Form. It is up to you to check the Leader Board to make sure your miles were credited and report any errors, also within 7 days.

We do Mileage Corrections 2-4X a year. We get over 7,000 Mileage Entries, so please be careful when you enter you mileage, ONLY push "Submit" button once & allow at least to 24 hours for the Mileage to register on the Leaderboard. Due to the technology we sometimes get duplicate entries. When we review the entries (2-4X a Year) we will delete the duplicates. In order to ensure we are all on the Same Page, a Team Page has been provided to each Team as a backup log & journal so you can always refer back to your rides. We keep all our mileage correction requests in one place in order to keep the Derby fair for all Teams. If you need a correction, the ONLY place to request one is by emailing; DD2016MILES@gmail.com
